Another good week of CSA harvests completed! This time of year, the season can seem endless. We’ve already brought in so many harvests, yet there is still so far to go. Thankfully, we are past the toughest crunch time of the season, with nearly all of the plantings for this season done. While there remain some big projects ahead of us - like preparing ground and planting next season’s strawberries and garlic, the winter cover cropping, greenhouse turn-around, etc - it all seems doable now.
