I love Peaceful Valley - they are the best people to ask rookie questions of - they have great prices and are super nice.  So glad we have them in our community.  cj

Damien, Yes, the deadline was January 31st. We do have a Farmer Discount program that is available to all farmers though. See if that is interesting to you http://www.groworganic.com/discount.html

I also just found your website today.  I wish we had been a month sooner.  We would like to start a small farm on our property & I was unaware of this website or this program until a few hours ago. :(

Hi, eagerly awaiting the results of this year’s selection for the Freshman Farmer Program. We have applied and would love to know that we’ve been selected as we have a huge seed order all set in our wishlist. Can you tell me how soon the results will be made known? Thanks, Steve,,,,,,

Two farms are starting from scratch.

They are turning the dirt and hoping to be successful enough to turn a profit, and to become a valuable part of their communities as suppliers of organically grown food.

Peaceful Valley is giving them a head start by offering them special pricing as part of this Freshman Farmer program.
